Shipping & Returns


Most orders placed by 3 pm CST will ship same day. All orders are guaranteed to ship within 1-3 days from Kansas City, Kansas.  Delivery dates/times estimated at checkout are provided by shipping carriers, not KCPC.  Once a package is shipped it is solely in control of the shipping carrier.  Please contact your carrier with any issues. 

We currently ship to the United States only.  Once the order has shipped we are unable to make any modifications to the order or shipping address.  Please contact us within 24 hours, or sooner, if you need any modifications as most orders are shipped same day.  Please double check your destination address.  We import the shipping address directly from the order form.  If the address is incorrect or the order is returned due to an insufficient or no such address, and we are unable to forward the order, additional shipping costs may be incurred.


We stand by our puzzles and make every effort to correct any issue as best we can.  We really want you to be stoked about your puzzle.  Online Returns are accepted upon approval from Kansas City Puzzle Company within 30 days of receiving purchase.  Order number is required.  Puzzles must be in original packaging, free of damage and unused.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to manufacturer defect.  Free return shipping is available upon approval. Please contact us with any issues if you have already opened/begun the puzzle.  But really, we just want you to be happy and aren't sticklers about free returns. :)

Exchanges or store credit are not permitted.

Orders refused, returned due to an insufficient/no such address or abandoned orders still in their unopened shipping packaging will be refunded not including the cost of shipping.  Please double check your address, cost of shipping is non-refundable.

For orders received in damaged condition; please take a photo of the shipping packaging and puzzle packaging and contact us within 2 business days.  These will be handled on a case by case basis.

For lost or stolen orders, please contact your shipping carrier and file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Please provide a safe and secure delivery location to ensure theft can be avoided.  Please contact your chosen delivery carrier before contacting us.  If you still need to contact us concerning lost or stolen packages, please do so within 3 business days of your package being marked as delivered.  Prefer to shop locally?  Please see our Store Directory.
